Many experts are predicting that today’s children will have poorer health outcomes and a shorter life expectancy than their parents, a staggering reality that every parent faces. MusiGo Inc. is inviting the community to take action to reverse this trend.

Every year the Hospital For Sick Children treats close to 100,000 young patients. Some of these are babies small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, while others are recovering from severe burns, cancer or terrible deformities.  However one of the greatest factors driving the negative health trend is inactivity and obesity among youth.  Bad habits that our children form today will have devastating effects tomorrow.

MusiGo Inc., a company who specializes in music and movement programming for active kids, has paired up with GoodLife Fitness Clubs to help children move towards a healthier future.  On September 22, 2007, GoodLife Fitness Clubs in Bowmanville and St. Catharines will host a charity event called “Go Groove for Sick Kids”. Go Groove is a brand new group fitness class designed for children aged 8-12 years, created by the program directors at MusiGo Inc.
