HO, HO, HO!! It's that time of year again. Watching your local Santa Claus Parade is a great way to get into the holiday spirit. Santa is one busy guy, he's making stops in Pickering, Oshawa, Ajax, Uxbridge, Port Perry, Cobourg, Bowmanville and of course, Toronto.

AJAX Saturday November 25, 2017 from 6pm-9pm Once again, Ajax residents and visitors are invited to come out and welcome Santa when he arrives in town for “Santa’s Magical Parade of Lights”. The parade begins at the intersection of Bayly Street and Mackenzie Avenue, proceeding east along Bayly and then north on Harwood Avenue South, concluding at Ajax Town Hall. Immediately following the parade will be a special tree lighting ceremony at Town Hall (65 Harwood Avenue South) with children’s activities. Parking at Town Hall is limited and patrons are encouraged to park at the Ajax Plaza, Harwood Shopping Centre or Baywood Centre.

BEAVERTON Lions Santa Claus Parade and Visit with Santa at the Fire Hall Friday November 17, 2017, 7pm. The parade starts at the Beaverton Curling Club and goes to Main, Simcoe, Osbourne, Bay and Main streets. This year's theme is Canada 150 and Christmas with Cartoon Characters.

BOWMANVILLE New Date and New Route for 2017 This year the parade will be on Saturday November 18, 2017. The parade begins at 10:30am and usually finishes up at around noon. This year’s route is different from previous years. The path will take us from one end of downtown straight through to the far end without any of the major corners that we’ve had to deal with in the past. The path stretches from King and Scugog out to King and Simpson.

COBOURG, Sunday November 19th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Join us on King St. in Downtown Cobourg for the 62nd Annual Santa Claus Parade! This year's parade theme is "A Heritage Christmas: Celebrating Canada 150"

COURTICE Join us for the 5th Annual Courtice Santa Claus Parade. Sunday, December 3 at 12 PM - 2 PM A great opportunity to bring families and the community together and make some lasting memories! Parade begins at noon at Townline at Nash Rd and travels 1.2km east on Nash ending at George Reynolds Dr. Krumbs Cookies will be there again in front of ST Worden and also non perishables will be collected. Don't forget to buy your collectible parade button - $1 a button - all $ goes towards bringing this parade to the community every year.

MARKHAM, 45th Annual Markham Santa Claus Parade. Saturday November 25th, 2017. Parade starts at 11:00am Road closures start at 8:00am 2017 Parade Theme: Canadian 150 Heritage Christmas

NEWCASTLE, Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 5:30 pm A wonderful event starting with a fantastic fireworks display at 5:30 pm followed by 70 entries that range from marching bands, to clowns and beautifully light up floats that children of all ages enjoy. We are all in great anticipation for Santa's next magical visit to Newcastle with sounds, lights and marching bands of a night time parade. This year the theme for the Parade is 'Winter Wonderland'. Mark the date on your calendar and wear a Santa button.

PICKERING, Saturday November 25th, 2017 from 10am- 12pm The Kinsmen & Kinette Club of Pickering host the 49th Annual Santa Claus Parade. View the parade along the route: Glenanna Road, between Dixie Road and Pickering Parkway. This year's theme is 150 Years of a Canadian Christmas - a Sesquicentennial Celebration.

PORT PERRY, Saturday December 2nd from 5-7:30pm. Join in the Fun at the Annual Scugog Santa Claus Parade. This Year’s Theme is

TORONTO, Sunday November 19th at 12:30 pm. Since 1905, the Toronto Santa Claus parade has made its way through the streets of downtown Toronto. Today, the Santa Claus Parade is the longest running children's parade in the world and one of the overall largest parades in the world.

Uxbridge, Welcome to the 57th Uxbridge Santa Claus Parade! Saturday November 18th 2017 Theme for 2017 - "150 years of Christmas in Canada" Start Time: 11am - approx 1 hour Kids!!! Have your letters to Santa ready! Canada Post will be collecting them at the parade!

WHITBY, Saturday, December 2, 2017 10:00 a.m. - Noon One of the highlights of the year is the annual JCI Santa Claus Parade. Approximately 20,000 people line Brock Street each year to watch the marching bands, dance groups, floats, clowns and musical entertainment - all in anticipation of catching a glimpse of Santa Claus and his reindeer.
